Zucchini Cinnamon Chocolate Chip Bread

3 eggs (can sub 2 egg whites for 1 egg)                 1/4 tsp baking powder

2 cups sugar                                                        1 tsp salt

1 cup oil                                                              1 tsp baking soda

2 cups grated zucchini                                         1 tsp cinnamon

3c +2 Tbsp flour                                                   1/2 cup dark chocolate chips

1 Tbsp vanilla                                                      3/4 cup walnuts, chopped

In a large bowl, mix eggs, sugar oil and zucchini. Add flour, vanilla, baking powder, salt, baking soda and cinnamon. Mix in chocolate chips and nuts. Pour into 2 large, oiled or sprayed loaf pans. Bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour.
