Our Patient and Family Advisory Council brings together members of the community and our healthcare team to discuss ways we can improve the patient and family experience at MCMC.

As part of our commitment to high-quality, person-centered care, Patient and Family Advisory Council members are invited to serve on hospital committees to ensure that the community’s point of view is not only heard, but also integrated into our service and quality improvements. Through their unique perspectives, Council members give input on issues that impact care, ensuring that the next patient or family member’s journey is easier.

If you are interested in applying to join the Patient and Family Advisory Council, please contact Kim Boothe at 541.506.6908 or kimb@mcmc.net.
