Volunteering At MCMC
Why Volunteer?
As a volunteer, you gain valuable experience, learn new skills, make friends and meet others who share the same values and interests. All that in addition to lending a helping hand to your community, your neighbors and your friends! The generous sharing of your time, your talents, your warm smile and words of encouragement means so much to our patients as well as our staff.
Mid-Columbia Medical Center offers opportunities and training in a variety of areas to make you, as a volunteer, feel comfortable and confident. We are committed to the success of our volunteers. Additionally, volunteers receive the following benefits:
- Complimentary meal vouchers for the Atrium Falls Café
- Pharmacy discounts
- Annual volunteer appreciation celebration
- Christmas brunch celebration
- Annual flu vaccine, subject to availability
Those interested in volunteering should download the volunteer forms on this page, complete and contact the Volunteer office to set up an interview. Teen (14-18) applicants need to have two non-family members fill out the Teen Volunteer Reference form and return (or have them returned) as well.
