Laurie chose to pursue a career in physical therapy after working as a yoga teacher in New Zealand and the USA. As a physical therapist she focuses on working with patients with sports injuries, chronic pain and women’s health issues. Areas of Interest: Woman’s health, therapeutic yoga, athletic injuries, shoulders, backs, pelvis, and chronic pain.
Laurie specializes in women’s health and incontinence therapy and have recently received certification in strain counter-strain for the visceral system. In her spare time, she continues to teach yoga classes in the Gorge and also enjoy cycling, nordic skiing, soccer, hiking, and spending time with her husband and two children.
